Think of a sport, any sport--now imagine it's your very first day of training and you get to work with an Olympic level coach. That is what my experience has been working with Ephrem. Today, you can throw a rock in any direction and hit 5 real estate agents, all claiming to be the best of the best and the most knowledgeable in the industry. I've been in sales for a long time and one thing I appreciate more than anything is honesty. Ephrem operates with integrity and transparency and will always shoot you straight. If he doesn't know the answer to something, he will say it and then work his hardest to figure out the answer. He makes sure you're informed and protected at all times. I just purchased my 4th home with Ephrem and couldn't be more grateful. Every house was a "diamond in the rough". Every house was one an "expert" told me I would never find in "today's market".
